Chia seeds have been getting a lot of attention for their high concentration of omega-3 fatty acids, essential for the absorption of vitamins. The gel-like consistency of this pudding also slows the turning of carbohydrates into sugar, making chia seeds an endurance super food. This is a recipe that was shared with me. Ingriedients:
